The most common reasons for an account blocking:
Fraud and extortion activity;
Profile use for commercial purposes;
Force return of the debited funds through the bank;
Placing contact information in the profile;
Posting pornographic, offensive or any other content that violates applicable law;
Duplicated accounts.
Users may file a complaint against a decision made by MeetMyAge in the following cases:
Suspension of an account;
Decision not to act upon a reported content.
The complaint can be submitted via email to the following address: support@meetmyage.com, within six (6) months of receiving notification of the decision.
