How do I report an abuse or block another user?

We are doing our best to keep our platform safe and secure for all users, but we also count on your cooperation. If you notice a suspicious profile, please don't hesitate to report it so we can investigate the matter.

To report abuse, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Messages tab and go to the chat with the user you want to report.

2. Click the three dots icon in the upper right corner.

 3. Choose "Report or Block".

4. Select a reason from the list, add additional comments (if needed), and click "Continue" to submit your report.

Once you report a profile, the user will be automatically blocked from your account, meaning they will no longer be able to send you messages or visit your profile. Our Moderation Team will conduct an investigation and may ask you to provide additional information to confirm the abuse. If the reported user violates the platform's guidelines, their account will be permanently banned.
