Why has my dialog with the user disappeared?

There are a few reasons why your dialog with a user can disappear from your "Messages" tab.

1. You reported or blocked the user from your account. You can check this information by following the link How do I unblock a user? It is also possible that the user blocked you from their side, so you are unable to send messages to that user anymore.

2. The dialog has been removed by you.

3. The dialog was inactive for 60 days, thus it has been automatically removed.

Unfortunately, the dialog cannot be restored in all cases listed above.
